Artist Biography

Kirby Waller is an interdisciplinary designer and entrepreneur currently residing in Savannah, GA by way of Denver, CO. She founded Knack Studio, a community pottery studio, in the Fall of 2023.

Kirby is currently focused on ceramic art, navigating her way through a new medium while experimenting with hand building techniques, glaze application and multiple clay bodies. Her art playfully blends minimalist shapes with hand-textured details.

She holds dual degrees in Product Development and Marketing.
Her professional background is a mix of product development, visual merchandising and graphic design. With over a decade of experience, Kirby has designed and developed products for several nationwide retailers and plans to use her skills to develop a line of ceramic products in the near future.
